The person we are helping out is currently recovering from knee surgery and just received some more hard news in the area of her health. She will be going in for surgery on June 26th so this will be a real boost for her to have some improvements on her home before she faces the surgery!
Priorities for her would be:
Installing the glass front door to the oven
Repair the crack in the basement shower floor so it can be used
Smooth over and complete the patching jobs where holes were put in the walls.
Rehang bifold doors and repair toilet
Put up towel racks, fix drawers and doors on cabinets, repair stair railing
Washing walls and or painting them so it freshens up the area – especially the upper level.
